Craft Vendor or Business:
Each parking spot measures 9' wide x 18' deep. $25 for SCR Residents, $50 for Non-Residents. Set up: You can arrive anytime after 12pm for set up. Please make sure non-trunk or treat vehicles are out of the way by 1:45pm. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event (until 6pm). Trunk or Treat: If you decorate your vehicle (and give away treats from the trunk) you may park next to your booth. Otherwise vehicles should be parked on the street. There will be a fan favorite contest for vendors (best decorated trunk) with a prize to be awarded at the end of the event. If you just want to participate in the Trunk or Treat, there is no charge. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, and chairs. No electricity available. Vendor Booth fees are non-refundable. You may purchase more than one spot. Your spot is not reserved until fees are payed below.
Food Vendor or Truck:
Please tell us your space requirements and a description for what you sell (so there is no overlap) below. $50 for SCR Residents, $100 for Non-Residents. Set up begins at 12pm. We will do our best to make sure there is only one vendor per food type, first come, first served. Vendors are expected to arrive and be set up before 1:45pm. Vendor Booth fees are non-refundable. Your spot is not reserved until fees are payed below.

Trunk or Treat:
Each parking spot measures 9' wide x 18' deep. There is no cost to participate in the Trunk or Treat. Please plan to decorate your trunk! There will be a contest for fan favorite (best decorated trunk) with a prize to be awarded at the end of the event. Please register by selecting the Trunk of Treat box below!

Summer Creek Ranch is a community of 1,616 homes. We are conveniently located between Chisholm Trail Parkway and Hulen Street in Southwest Fort Worth. The Clubhouse address (event location) is 4600 Pine Grove Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76123.
