2025 Haunted Trails Volunteer Application

Hello!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Fircrest Parks & Rec Haunted Trails. The 202 Haunted Trails happens on Thursday, October 16th at Thelma Gilmur Park.

We are recruiting volunteers interested helping make this the best Haunted Trails to date!

PLEASE NOTE:
- If you are easily frightened, this may NOT be the event for you.
- Please plan to volunteer for the ENTIRE DURATION of the event. We are only accepting volunteers who are able to commit to the full time frame.
Here are your opportunities:
1. Setup: October 16 from 9:00 -3:00 pm
2. Guides: leading groups through the trails, spinning spooky stories and building suspense
  Thursday, October 16th:
  Shift begins: 5:00 pm
  Shift ends: 9:30 pm
3. Scare Team: getting in character and being a part of the scary scenes
  Thursday, October 16th:
  Shift begins 5:00 pm
  Shift ends: 9:30 pm
4. Tear down: October 17 from 8:45 - 10:00 pm
5. Prop building: To be determined
Please sign up for your desired post below. Spaces are limited and will be filled as applications come in. If you are a high school or college student, you may be eligible to receive Community Service Hours for volunteering at this event.
