      KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

      • Report to the HR Manager and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll calculation, compensation and benefits, and employee welfare
      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, screening, arranging interviews, and offers
      • Conduct staff onboarding and offboarding procedures, including staff orientation and exit interviews
      • Support the implementation of HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.
      • Coordinate staff activities, training sessions, and team-building events
      • Maintain and optimize the HRIS, including updates, troubleshooting, and annual maintenance for compliance and performance
      • Keep up-to-date HR records and prepare regular analyses and reports for management
      • Assist all teams in conducting performance management and talent development
      • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and tax requirements
      • Handle intern and volunteer recruitment and related administration
      • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholder
      • Handle ad-hoc analytical reports and special projects as assigned 

       

       

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Higher Diploma or above in HR Management or related discipline 

       

      SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

      •  At least 4 years of experience in all-rounded HR functions; NGO experience is a plus
      • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation 
      • Positive, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work alongside colleagues at all levels.
      • Critical thinker, well-organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and multitask independently
      • Able to solve problems resourcefully and efficiently, and possess a “can-do” attitude toward challenges and changes
      • Passionate about working in an NGO
      • Proficient in MS Office; Proficiency in HRIS is important for this role.
      • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
      • Immediate availability is preferred
