KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Report to the HR Manager and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll calculation, compensation and benefits, and employee welfare
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, screening, arranging interviews, and offers
- Conduct staff onboarding and offboarding procedures, including staff orientation and exit interviews
- Support the implementation of HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate staff activities, training sessions, and team-building events
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS, including updates, troubleshooting, and annual maintenance for compliance and performance
- Keep up-to-date HR records and prepare regular analyses and reports for management
- Assist all teams in conducting performance management and talent development
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and tax requirements
- Handle intern and volunteer recruitment and related administration
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholder
- Handle ad-hoc analytical reports and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher Diploma or above in HR Management or related discipline
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 4 years of experience in all-rounded HR functions; NGO experience is a plus
- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
- Positive, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work alongside colleagues at all levels.
- Critical thinker, well-organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and multitask independently
- Able to solve problems resourcefully and efficiently, and possess a “can-do” attitude toward challenges and changes
- Passionate about working in an NGO
- Proficient in MS Office; Proficiency in HRIS is important for this role.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
