Clients wishing to supply their own stock, be that garments (in all forms) or fabrics alone, are welcome to do so but must be aware of the associated risks and formally agree to the terms specified in this document.

 

THE RISKS

While we make every effort to ensure our decoration techniques are of the highest standard there are times when unforeseen errors can result in irreparable damage. Screen Splitting, adverse reactions to garment dyes or material content and garment discolouration due to the curing process are some of the more common problems that can occur.

We strongly advise all clients wishing to supply their own products to provide at least one sacrificial item that we can use to test prior to producing the final piece(s).

In all cases where a client has provided their own stock, LPS London Ltd will not be held responsible for any cost of the item(s) supplied in the case of damage caused through the natural decoration process.
