Thank you for choosing to support Merlin Neuro Therapy Centre (Merlin Centre) through our Be the Difference This Christmas campaign.

By completing this form, you are making a donation promise to support our Big Give Christmas Challenge appeal. The best part is that no payment is needed today.

This simple promise helps us plan for the campaign and maximise a match funding opportunity through Big Give. Together, we hope to raise £16,000 to help provide subsidised therapies and support for people living with neurological conditions across Cornwall.

Your donation will need to be made between 1 and 8 December 2026, during the Big Give Christmas Challenge. Donations made during this period will be eligible for match funding, meaning your gift could have twice the impact. Donations received outside of these dates may not be doubled.

During the campaign week (1st - 8th December), we are aiming to raise £8,000 from supporters like you, which will then be matched to help us reach our overall target. If you're able to, please share this donation promise with friends and family who may also like to support Merlin this Christmas.

Once you have completed the form, a member of our fundraising team will be in touch before 1 December with a reminder and details on how to make your donation.
