Terms and Conditions* This field is required.1. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. We only accept payments via GCash for now. Please send proof of payment as soon as possible after transferring so we can confirm your order. 2. Pick-up & Location Orders may be picked up or booked via your preferred courier. For courier arrangements, booking will be handled by the buyer. Orders may be claimed at TUWINA Blooms Atelier, Landmark Subdivision, Calamba, Laguna, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM only. You may simply type or search our store name in your preferred map or booking app for easier navigation. Please note that a ₱10 passway fee may apply for riders entering the subdivision and will be shouldered by the buyer (if applicable). Kindly reach out to us before booking a courier so we can confirm that your order is ready for dispatch. 3. Substitutions Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we will substitute with equal or higher-value flowers of similar color and style. While we strive to follow your chosen design, TUWINA reserves the right to make minor substitutions to ensure freshness and quality, while maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement. 4. Cancellations & Changes Fresh flowers are perishable and purchased specifically for each order. All orders are final and non-cancellable once payment is received. If delivery cannot proceed on the scheduled date due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or other force-majeure circumstances): Rescheduling – We will offer a new, mutually agreed delivery date. A fresh arrangement will be prepared at no extra charge, even if new flowers must be sourced. Refund Option – If you choose not to accept a new delivery date, we may issue a refund less any unrecoverable costs. Unrecoverable costs include, without limitation, flowers or foliage already purchased, custom materials or packaging, labor and preparation completed, and any third-party fees incurred. Full Refund – If no unrecoverable costs have been incurred at the time of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. This policy applies only when delivery is prevented by circumstances beyond our control and does not cover cancellations or changes made for personal reasons. 5. Freshness & Care We guarantee that all flowers are fresh at the time of hand-off to the courier for delivery. After receipt, proper care is the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage or delays once the order has been handed off to the courier. 6.
