Food Vendor Rules and Information

• Space only provided, vendor responsible for tents, tables, chairs, lights, etc.
• Electricity is NOT available. Generators are permitted.
• Frying Food - Vendor must supply ground/floor covering.
• Vendors must supply containers for collection of booth waste.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your area is left in a clean and orderly manner.
• Vending must occur from rented spaces and may not exceed the space boundaries. Each exhibitor is solely responsible for his merchandise, property and business transactions. Booths left unattended are done so entirely at the owner’s risk. NO pets are permitted except certified service animals specifically trained to provide aid to disabled persons.
• Sites/vendors must conform to Texas Department of State Health Services regulations. (Copy of current state health permit must accompany application form)Vendors are responsible for their own licenses or permits, whether it be food, resale or sales tax. If you have questions regarding this matter, call the Texas Comptroller at 1-800-252-5555. The tax amount due for 2026 is 6.25%.
• NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 24, 2026. NO REFUNDS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER!
  

ARTS & CRAFTS SITE

• AquaBoom Arts and Crafts will be held on the grassy lot next to Kingsland Community Center, located at 3451 Rose Hill Dr, Kingsland TX, 78639. 
• Spaces at Arts & Craft Show are approximately 12’ X 12’. Food vendors must reserve and pay for multiple spaces to adequately fit their food trailer/booth.
• Arrivals and registration on Friday, July 3rd will be assigned and staggered to help everyone’s setup run more smoothly.  Our coordinator will contact you to discuss yours. If you need a specific arrival time, please list in the special needs section above. Food vendors agree to be completely set up ready to serve no later than 4pm, Friday July 3rd, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Vendor Coordinator.
• Vendor hours are 11am - Dark, Friday July 3rd, & 11am - 4pm, Saturday July 4th.  NO BREAKDOWN PERMITTED BEFORE 4:00PM ON SATURDAY, JULY 4, 2026. These times are FIRM. Security will be provided Friday night.
• Your space number will be assigned and issued upon arrival by the coordinator on Friday, July 3rd. Kingsland AquaBoom provides the space only. Bring your own tables, chairs, tents, water, etc. A "food court" with eating tables and trash receptacles will be provided.  All exhibitors must move their vehicles immediately after unloading to designated parking areas. Parking near the main vending area is for your customers! You will be directed to exhibitor parking at check-in. Absolutely no exhibitors will be allowed to park on the main vending area with the exception of loading and unloading.

Merchandise left unattended is done so entirely at the owner’s risk. NO animals are permitted except certified service animals specifically trained to aid disabled persons.

2900 BRIDGE SITE

• If you submit an application for the bridge site, you MUST receive verbal confirmation from the AquaBoom Vendor Coordinator that you will be assigned a space on July 3rd. SPACE IS LIMITED!
• Bridge site food vendors agree to complete setup no later than 10am (you will be assigned a time) on July 4th, and vendor will clean and vacate space immediately following fireworks display. No tear-down prior to fireworks display.

I hereby release Kingsland AquaBoom and any of its volunteers, employees and directors from any responsibility for any injuries to me or my employees and for any loss or damage to personal property while participating in the AquaBoom Community Celebration. I further acknowledge that it is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain all required licenses for sales tax or food as required by the state of Texas. Kingsland AquaBoom is not responsible for any such licenses. I have read and understand the rules and agree to abide by all the rules during my participation in the AquaBoom Community Celebration. I understand no refunds or rain dates can be given.

AquaBoom Celebration

THINGS TO REMEMBER

• Internet at the Arts & Crafts site will be provided at no charge for commercial use ONLY. Gaming, streaming, etc. will not be allowed.
• Water, ice, coolers, snacks, etc. WILL NOT be provided. The water and ice we have available in the volunteer tent is limited and is for our volunteers only. THE WEATHER WILL BE HOT. Please prepare accordingly.
• Security:
  Please use common sense when deciding what to leave in your booth. Do not leave valuable items, personal items, electronics, etc. in your booth overnight. While our security is diligent and attentive, (we use off-duty deputies or bonded, insured security agents) we do not guarantee against theft or vandalism.
• While we do everything we can to accommodate any special needs, please remember this is an outdoor venue and we are limited to what we can do.
  • ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

Please note: If your booth area is larger than our standard size, you must rent an additional space. Your booth must fit inside the area you have paid for. NO EXCEPTIONS! Your Tent Poles, Stakes, Trailer Hitches or Tongues, Etc. must fit completely within the booth size you have paid for. This includes trailer side windows.
