We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to help us with various activities for ICN’s Annual Fundraising event 2025.

Please note:

Volunteers MUST be 16 years or older to participate in volunteering activities

Volunteers are required to purchase their own tickets.

Please note that there will be a mandatory volunteer meeting on October 4th at 4:00 PM, held at the Ogden Men's Prayer Hall. Attendance is required for all registered volunteers.

Liability Waiver and Release of Information

By chosing to select the Liability Waiver and Release of Information you have acknowledged and agreed to the following:

1) ICN, its employees, agents, volunteers, participants or any other partner agencies are not liable, and I will not hold them liable in any accident or injury that I may incur while volunteering for ICN.

2) I, the participant and/or volunteer, release and forever discharge and hold harmless ICN and its successors, employees, agents, or volunteers from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the volunteer services I provide to ICN. I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges ICN from any liability or claim that I may have against ICN with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the volunteer services I provide to ICN or occurring while I am providing volunteer services.

3) I agree not to directly or indirectly seek, receive, or accept any payment, reimbursement, or other compensation whatsoever for my services as a volunteer or for any other goods or services provided by ICN. This means, among other things, that I will not accept payments from a community member, patient, third party payer or any other source. I understand that I will be serving as an unpaid volunteer with ICN, that I am not an agent or employee of ICN, and I have no power or authority to bind or obligate ICN.

4) Insurance: Further I understand that ICN does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide me with financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability benefits or insurance.

5) As a participant and/or volunteer, I hereby expressly assume risk of injury, harm, or loss of property from any activities performed while volunteering and release ICN from all liability.

6) As a participant and/or volunteer, I hereby expressly assume the risk of getting sick and/or infected from any activities performed while volunteering and release ICN from all liability.

7) Photographic Release: I grant and convey to ICN all rights, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by ICN in connection with my providing volunteer services to ICN.

8) This Release may not be assigned by any participant and/or volunteer to any other party. This Release only applies to the participant and/or volunteer who expressly signed the agreement.
