Bethanna CUA 10 Community Advisory Board (CAB) Application
The Bethanna CUA 10 Community Advisory Board (CAB) is a volunteer group, comprising community leaders and residents, who advise Bethanna on how the CUA can meet the community's needs. Members of the CAB are required to live or work in West Philadelphia, meet on a bi-monthly basis, provide input on programming and relationship development with stakeholders and the broader community, and support community awareness of the CUA's services. If you're interested in joining the CAB, please submit an application by answering the questions below. All applications are due by October 10th.
