Hey there, Earth Defender! Please fill out and submit this form, letting us know what you did to defend Earth throughout the month of October. We ask that one person from the troop complete this form on behalf of the entire troop. You will be able to enter up to three projects from one troop using this form.

Only girls listed on this form will be eligible to receive the 2025 Earth Defenders patch. Only the first 800 participants will receive the 2025 patch for free.
