The Dr. M. Wosk Environmental Leadership Award was established by the Metro Vancouver Regional Parks Foundation for the development of youth leadership in 2006. The leadership fund is used to engage, train and empower today’s youth with the skills necessary for the future sustainability of our spectacular regional parks.

Eligible participants must have an interest in ecological issues and environmental preservation as well as the organizational and communication skills necessary to make a profound difference. The impact of their work will be felt by all as they grow to become the leaders of the future.

The Dr. M. Wosk awards are open to students and individuals age 15-19 currently residing in the Metro Vancouver area.

This year we will be awarding $2,000 in scholarships.

Applicants have until October 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm to submit their application.

No late or incomplete submissions will be considered.

All winners will be notified on or before December 1st, 2025.
