FALL FUNDRAISER SPONSOR/VENDOR FORM

OASN (Outreach Alliance Supporting Neurodevelopment) has been serving the community since May 12, 2011. All donations to OASN stay LOCAL! We help local families that have a child with the following neurodevelopmental disorders:

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD), Autism, Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Developmental Disorder (ID), and Learning Disorders*

*Our inclusion holistic Christian school accepts children that do not have have neurodevelopmental disorders (like every school, some students do have students with diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorders, food allergies, etc. and others that do not).

FALL FESTIVAL EVENT DATE: Saturday, October 25, 2025 4pm-6pm

TIME: Arrive for Set up at 2:45pm

Leaf (vendor) $40

10x10 spot for a vendor (you provide booth, table, etc. we provide the place to set up).

Acorn Sponsor $100

10x10 spot (you provide booth, table, etc. we provide the place to set up) and small logo on our event flyer.

Pumpkin Sponsor $200

10x10 spot (you provide booth, table, etc. we provide the place to set up) small logo on our event flyer, at least one mention on Facebook, name announced on the loud speaker at the event.

Event Sponsor (overall) $500

20x20 spot (you provide booth, table, etc. we provide the place to set up) your logo at the top of our event flyer, at least three mentions on Facebook, name announced on the loud speaker at the event as event sponsor.
