I understand that Collxall will contact me via the information I provided to verify information, collect payment, and provide me with documentation and instructions on how to package my submission. I acknowledge that my submission will not be made until payment has been made. I understand that not packaging my submission in accordance with these instructions may result in additional fees and delayed processing times. Furthermore, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to send my submission via insured postage to TAG and if my package is lost or damaged in transit to TAG it is my responsibility to work with the shipping company to recover the package and/or insurance funds.

I understand that Collxall is not responsible for the grade my card receives at TAG and is not liable for any TAG grading or encasing issues but, will make every effort to work with TAG to remedy any issue. Furthermore, I acknowledge that TAG will return my cards via insured shipping up to $200 per card. If I need additional insurance, I will reach out to Collxall to arrange additional return insurance and additional payment. I acknowledge that if my package is lost or damaged in return shipment that it is my responsibility to work with the shipping company to recover the package and/or insurance funds.
