For PRE-APPROVED doggy guests, please request your bookings using this form. I will follow up to confirm your reservation. Boarding is $35/day per dog. If you drop off after 6pm, or if you pick up before 8am, those days are not counted toward your dog's stay. Special needs dogs (i.e. dogs that have lots of medications or need unique accommodations) are an extra $5/day. Please use this form for each appointment so I can ensure information such as your emergency contact and vet info are up to date.

Vaccinations

I will need up-to-date vet records at least 2 weeks prior to your dog's scheduled stay. Records I am looking for include:
- Bordetella vaccination (Kennel Cough) within the past 6 months
- DHLPP vaccination (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus)
- Negative heartworm test result
- Flea/tick/heartworm prevention
- Proof of current rabies
- Leptospirosis (Lepto) fully vaccinated
- Negative fecal test (GIARDIA, OVA, and PARASITES) within 90 days of your scheduled drop-off
