Birthday Party Request Form

$200 for up to 10 people. $15 for every additional person. The package includes a ticket for each person to a currently showing movie of your choice with seats sectioned together for your party, a popcorn combo for each person in your party, storage for cake and ice-cream, your choice of pink, blue, white, or black plates and cutlery, a table and benches for your party's use, and a Surf Cinema Birthday pin.
