    • Membership Eligibility 
    • The following types of membership shall be open to all persons eighteen years of age or older who are in good standing with The American Kennel Club and who subscribe to the purposes of this club.


      Regular Individual Membership is open to individuals with permanent residence in the USA (or its territories or possessions). Enjoys all club privileges including the right to vote, hold office and serve on committees.


      Regular Household Membership is open to up to three adult individuals with permanent residence in the USA (or its territories or possessions) residing in the same household, each eligible to vote, hold office and serve on committees. All persons within a household must first apply and be accepted for membership as individuals. Their membership status will convert to a “Regular Household Membership” upon dues invoicing for the subsequent year.


      Foreign Membership is open to persons having permanent residence outside of the USA (or its territories or possessions). Members in this category shall be entitled to all club privileges except voting and office holding and do not count in the determination of a quorum. Foreign members must be in good standing with their respective country’s kennel club. Foreign members may provide one endorsement for a member application if accompanied by an endorsement by a “regular” member in good standing with the club. 


      Associate Membership is open to persons with interest in the breed and in supporting club objectives, entitled to club privileges except voting and holding office. Associate members do not count toward determination of a quorum.


      The following membership shall be open to children under 18 Years of age:

      Junior Membership - Junior members cannot vote and cannot hold office. At age 18, junior members may submit a letter to the Board requesting a move to regular membership.  Upon Board review and approval, the junior membership will automatically convert to a ‘Regular Individual Membership’ without further application. The letter request must be submitted to the Recording Secretary within 6 months of the junior’s aging out of the junior membership category.

    • In order for your application to be considered, you are responsible for the following:

      • Complete this application
      • Endorsers: securing two endorsers that are existing members of the Pharaoh Hound Club of America (PHCA) and have been for a minimum of a year. Endorser submissions can be submitted online through this link - Endorser Signature that you can share with your endorsers to each complete OR through a printed copy that is scanned and uploaded below.
      • Code of Ethics: review and upload a signed copy of the Code of Ethics below or email scanned or completed photo to the PHCA Recording Secetary at phca.recordingsecretary@gmail.com The code of ethics can be found on the website - PHCA Code of Ethics
      • Payment of Fees: Initiation Fee of $20 and first year dues of $30. Therefore, submit a total of $50 per person. Payment can be made through the following methods:
        • Option 1: PayPal $50 per person to phcatreasury@gmail.com
          Option 2: Mail a check made out to PHCA in the amount of $25 to Luciane Terra, 38 Founders Way, Downingtown, PA 19335
    • NOTE: As the process for approving your application for membership can take 2-3 months, the PHCA reserves the right to deposit your application’s payment upon its receipt. However, such deposit does not automatically guarantee the approval of your membership application. If your application is denied, your payment will be refunded.
