Participant Agreement & Responsibilities
-I acknowledge that this is merely an application to register for the above class.
-IF/WHEN I am accepted and enrolled in the following training course, with the specified dates and associated costs. As a participant, I understand and accept the following responsibilities:
-I will attend all scheduled sessions on the designated days and times.
-If I am unable to attend, I must provide prior notification to the instructor and/or TKC staff for the absence to be considered excused.
-I understand that an unexcused absence will result in my ineligibility to participate in future trainings.
I agree to fulfill all participant responsibilities as outlined for this course.
Selection of Class Participants
-Applications will be reviewed by the Cultural Learning Committee to ensure alignment with program goals and consideration of available space and resources.
- Participant selection will be finalized no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the class. Applicants will be notified of the selection decision within one (1) business day following the committee’s determination.
- Selection decisions will be based on established class criteria and the strength of application responses.
Preference will be given, in the following order, as space allows:
1. TKC Shareholders
2. TKC Elders (ages 60+) and TKC Youth
3. Immediate family members of TKC Shareholders
4. Other interested participants
