I will respect and adhere to the decisions made collectively by the AAM Board and in official meetings.
I will sign and abide by an undertaking of commitment and confidentiality agreement.
I will always declare and disclose any potential or actual conflict of interest in relation to AAM Board matters or future agenda items.
I will attend all AAM Board meetings and events to the best of my ability.
I understand that failure to attend two consecutive AAM Board meetings without valid reason may result in my dismissal from the Board.
I will maintain professional and timely communication, and actively respond to correspondence from the AAM Board.
I will fulfil all tasks and responsibilities assigned to me with diligence and to the best of my ability.
I will be prepared to attend meetings, events, and travel when required, on behalf of the AAM Board.
I will work as a team player, cooperate with colleagues, and contribute positively to the collective work of the AAM.
I will respect and abide by the final outcome of the AAM elections, and support the future elected Board in carrying out its responsibilities.
