“Sworn translations” is a type of translation requested by certain foreign governments.

Pricing is valid for standardized documents, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, FBI background checks, and social security benefits verification letters.

Please note that this type of translation DOES NOT need to be notarized or apostilled. It is valid as is.

Our sworn translators are located in the destination country. For example, our sworn translators in Spanish are in Spain.

We issue digitally signed, electronic copies of the translations, which are accepted by government officials and are equally as valid as a physical, “wet signature” version.

If you would like a physical copy, we will bill you separately for shipping.

Translation Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the page and word count. Our general delivery times are as follows:

IMPORTANT! 1 working day is considered the day after placing an order, not the same day!

1 – 4 pages: 1 – 2 working days

5 – 8 pages: 2 – 3 working days

9 – 12 pages: 3 – 4 working days

13 – 16 pages: 4 – 5 working days

16 pages +: We will contact you via email to confirm.
