Commitment You have confirmed the specific dates of your participation, including your arrival and departure. Your commitment to these dates is essential for planning and budgeting. 2. Accommodations Provided Expenses and accommodations are being made on your behalf by the organizing team based on the dates you committed to. 3. Attendance Requirement By signing this agreement, you commit to fully participating in the trip for the entire duration you selected. You agree not to leave early, arrive late, or withdraw from the trip once your sign-up is confirmed. 4. Financial Responsibility for Changes If you cancel, leave early, arrive late, or otherwise fail to attend for the full committed time without prior written approval from the organizers, you agree to: • Reimburse the full cost of accommodations paid on your behalf, OR • Have equivalent costs deducted from your earned commission or sales revenue. Whichever is applicable based on the circumstances. This policy ensures fairness to the group and responsible use of resources. 5. Emergencies Exceptions may be considered in the event of verified emergencies or extenuating circumstances. These will be reviewed case-by-case and require communication and documentation. 6.
