Sherwood Circuit Shows and Oakridge Arena Ltd accept no liability for theft, damage or accident to persons or property howsoever caused, nor does it assume or accept duty or responsibility for safety at this show regarding participants or any third parties or for the horses or property thereof. We strongly recommend the wearing of protective helmets of current BHS safety standards by all competitors and by entering this show by way of entry form or participation the competitor or responsible adult for children under 18yrs hereby indemnify Sherwood Shows, Oakridge Arena and Oakridge Quarter Horses Ltd against losses of all types including indirect or consequential accidents that may be suffered by any means and or as a result of not wearing appropriate head protection at all times. Sherwood Shows reserve the right to cancel the event should circumstances warrant and in this instance all paid entry fees, stabling and electric will be refunded but no other liability can be levied or accepted whatsoever. NOTICE:-

Entry Fees will be 100% refunded till closing date. Past closing date only 50% of the entry fees will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.

The Show Team politely request that you enter all the classes that you wish to compete in before the show on the entry form, this will enable the Show Team to devise a more accurate timings schedule for the Show.

Deadline/Closing Date for entries will be 8th October 2025.

Cherished Back Numbers:

We will allow competitors to retain cherished back numbers ONLY if you have informed our show secretary Steffi by 28th September 2025. No exception will be made to this. Show secretary email is: steffi.schulz1@t-online.de

Starting in 2025 Sherwood Shows will be collecting for Notts Air Ambulance. We kick off with the Easter Show and this year anyone requesting to use own cherished back numbers will be charged £5 for the charity. This will be added to your show bill. We hope you agree that this is such a needed worthy charity for our equestrian fraternity.

For any scratches of any classes at the show, the entry fee is not refundable.

Stall fees are only refundable if the reserved stall can be rented to another party.

The office charge can not be refunded.

NRHA/BR Classes:-

Please make sure the NRHA/BR membership for exhibitor and owner are current and that the horse have the NRHABR competition licence. You need to update all this online before the show at NRHA!
