    An innovative training afternoon with your peers.... and some industry experts!

     

    Following the initial success of a collaborative project in 2024 supported by Defra, NFYFC is hosting a second bespoke, fully-funded training afternoon for future ambassadors of the land-based industries. Amy Fry will lead the interactive training session, with plenty of hands-on learning, sharing, listening and planning.

    The 2024 event attracted positive feedback with an overall majority of ‘excellent’ to evaluation questions and a few comments from participants below:

    •             An excellent day which really made you delve deeper and generated lots of conversations

    •              Great to learn and connect with leaders in the industry.  A fantastic session on career development and overcoming challenges 

    •             Some great insight into thinking about our future in a constructive manner.  

    •             Really engaging and thought-provoking

    •             Great networking session, good inspiring stories/leaders, excellent communication, engaged activities

    •             A great opportunity to develop my vision for the future.

     Open for YFC members, next generation and Land Based and Environment Leader (LBEL) Awards finalists. Working in association with Lantra and Landex, this training is fully-funded and supported by Defra.
