  • Vendor Application Form

    Complete this form and submit full payment to apply as a vendor. Please review the booth options and full descriptions on our website before making your selection. Applicants will be notified by email before October 31 (if applying prior to that date). If your application is declined, you will be notified by November 8 and your payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Vendor registration fees are final and non-refundable (see refund policy on our website). Refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled by us or your application is declined.

    Note:

    A) An application will be cancelled if the company:

    - is an MLM;
    - is a religious or political organization that registers without our prior approval; or
    - offers a product or service irrelevant or inappropriate to the theme of our event.

    B) If we cancel a registration for any of the above reasons, a refund will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee.

    Applications are accepted at our discretion. If we decline a registration due to lack of space, too many vendors offering similar products, or for any reason other than those listed in A), the full registration fee will be refunded.

    • Vendors offering food must obtain a Special Events permit from MAPAQ.
    • The venue requires that each vendor carry liability insurance coverage of at least $2M for the event.
    • Propane, butane, gas-fueled machines, and candle-lit chafing dishes are not permitted. Electrical appliances and devices must be submitted below for approval.

    • You may choose to share either a Standard One-Table Booth or a Corner L-Shape Double-Booth with another vendor. You are responsible for finding your own booth partner; we do not arrange matches. The proposed vendor must  submit their own registration form and be accepted in order to share the space. A $10 administrative fee will be charged to each vendor sharing a booth.

    • If you wish to bring an extra table or display counter, you must ensure it fits within your rented booth space. You must also notify us in writing by November 15 and obtain approval prior to the event. No changes to our table configuration are otherwise permitted.

    The front entrance of the venue brings you first into Hall 1.

    Both halls 1 & 2 are at street level and are connected by a short corridor.

  • ELECTRICITY

    IMPORTANT:

    • All appliances and machines must be listed in this form and are subject to approval prior to the event.
    • Each one-table booth is allowed up to 2 appliances free of charge; Each two-table booth is allowed up to 3.
    • A fee of $25 applies for each additional appliance. (Invoiced separately, once approved.)
    • The venue’s security team may refuse the use of any appliance or machine if they determine it poses a safety risk or could trigger the sprinkler system. Their decision is final and cannot be appealed.
