Empire State cannabis cup is not liable for any damages or losses pertaining to attending the empire cup. Also by signing below I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Empire Cup Vendor Agreement. Once I fill out this form I then can purchase a vendors ticket that will admit 2 vendors.

Each vendor ticket purchased will give you and a helper acess to the Event as well as the VIP area. If you need more table space than you will need to purchase a second vendor spot. There will be 6' spaces as well as 8' spaces. Be sure to select the correct ticket for your needs. If there are further questions you can contact info@newyorkcannacup.com
