Eligibility:
- To be considered for the program, candidates must either live or work within Santa Rosa County. Individuals who do not live or work in Santa Rosa County will be considered, if availability permits.
- Multiple applications from the same company will be considered based on availability.
Application & Interview:
The Selection Committee will review all applications to assess leadership potential, community involvement, professional experience, and communication skills. Candidates will be invited to an interview. In person interviews will be held October 19-23, 2026.
Timeline:
Applications should be received NLT Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at midnight. All applicants will be notified of the Selection Committee's decisions by November 1st.
The quality and appearance of the application and materials are taken into consideration. Incomplete information, blank sections, or missing materials may negatively affect your application’s review.
Tuition & Fees:
The tuition for the Leadership Santa Rosa program is $1,750. If you are a member of one of our Ambassador Chamber's of Commerce (Gulf Breeze Area Chamber, Jay Area Chamber, Navarre Beach Area Chamber, Santa Rosa County Chamber) you will receive discounted tuition of $1,500.
Tuition must be paid in full by January 1st of the program year.
Scholarships: Partial scholarships are available on a limited basis. Please indicate your need for tuition assistance in the designated section.
Key Dates & Attendance Requirements:
Participation in all Leadership Santa Rosa sessions is essential to the success of the program. Participants are expected to prioritize and attend all scheduled curriculum days.
Mandatory Attendance Requirements:
- Orientation, SIMSOC, and the Tallahassee Trip are mandatory and cannot be missed.
- Participants may miss no more than two (2) additional curriculum days during the program year to remain eligible for graduation.
- Participants must communicate any anticipated absences with program leadership as early as possible.
