2026 Class 39 Application

Thank you for your interest in the Leadership Santa Rosa (LSR) program. Our competitive selection process is designed to identify and cultivate leaders who are committed to the positive growth and development of our community.

Please read all instructions carefully before completing the application. Your resume must accompany this application.

Eligibility:

• To be considered for the program, candidates must either live or work within Santa Rosa County. Individuals who do not live or work in Santa Rosa County will be considered, if availability permits.
• Multiple applications from the same company will be considered based on availability.

Application & Interview:

The Selection Committee will review all applications to assess leadership potential, community involvement, professional experience, and communication skills. Select candidates will be invited to an interview.

Timeline:

Applications should be received NLT Monday, October 27, 2025.  All applicants will be notified of the Selection Committee's decisions by November 1st.

The quality and appearance of the application and materials are taken into consideration. Incomplete information, blank sections, or missing materials may negatively affect your application’s review.

Tuition & Fees:

The tuition for the Leadership Santa Rosa program is $1,500. If you are a member of one of our Ambassador Chamber's of Commerce (Gulf Breeze Area Chamber, Jay Area Chamber, Navarre Beach Area Chamber, Santa Rosa County Chamber) you will receive discounted tuition of $1,250.

Tuition must be paid in full by January 1st of the program year. 

Scholarships: Partial scholarships are available on a limited basis. Please indicate your need for tuition assistance in the designated section.

Program Tuition

Tuition for the Leadership Santa Rosa program is $1,500.  If participant is a member of one of our Ambassador Chamber's of Commerce, tuition is discounted to $1,250.  Tuition must be paid in full by January 1st of the program year.  

Tuition Assistance

Partial scholarships are available on a limited basis to qualifying participants.  If tuition assistance is requested, a scholarship application will be sent to the applicant separately.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

"I acknowledge and agree that participation in the Leadership Santa Rosa program and its associated activities, including but not limited to field trips, meetings, and events, may involve certain risks. I hereby assume all risks of injury, illness, or property damage which may be sustained in connection with my participation. I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby waive, release, and discharge Leadership Santa Rosa, Inc., its board of directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and causes of action arising from my participation in the program, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Leadership Santa Rosa, Inc."

Participant's Commitment

"I understand and agree to dedicate the necessary time and resources to fully participate in all Leadership Santa Rosa sessions and activities for the entire program year. I agree to abide by the program's code of conduct and attendance policies."

Media Release

"I grant permission to Leadership Santa Rosa to use photographs, videos, or other media containing my likeness for promotional and archival purposes."

Accuracy of Information

"I certify that all information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge."
