If so, please scan the QR code below to notify our Animal Behavior Team. Your report will help us assess the animal’s behavior and determine if additional steps are needed to prevent similar situations in the future.

Important: This form should not be used to report animal bites that break the skin. Any such incidents must be reported immediately to a member of management.
