I hereby authorize 582027 Ontario Limited, operating as Windmill Point Park & Campground to

WINTERIZING:

Drain potable water lines, hot water tank and black and grey tanks
Drain plugs placed inside hot water tank access door
If unit has hot water bypass, it will be left in the “winterized” position
Non-toxic plumbing antifreeze added to system and “P” traps
Close all automatic slides (only if functioning and operating properly)
Roll up and neatly store water hose and electrical cord if applicable.
Disconnect battery and leave at RV (as long as battery is easily accessible)
Turn off power at Windmill’s RV panel

DEWINTERIZING:

Connect water line and electrical cords
Flush all water lines and hot water tank
Open all slides (only if functioning and operating properly)

I acknowledge that all of the moving electrical components of my RV unit are in good working order (i.e. awning, slide-outs, ect...)*

RV Keys left with Windmill Point Park & Campground?*

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

PLEASE LEAVE ALL SLIDES OPEN AND WE WILL CLOSE THEM ONCE THE WINTERIZING IS COMPLETE.

Any articles left in shower/bath area, blocking access to hot water tank or obstructions that interfere with winterizing operations, will be charged and invoiced $25.00 plus taxes.

I understand any work outside of the scope of the services listed above must be pre-scheduled and will be charged and invoiced separately.

I understand that if temperatures fall below freezing shortly after my form is submitted, Windmill Point Park Inc. will not be responsible for any damages caused by the weather as winterizing cannot be completed immediately. We will endeavour to complete winterizing in a timely manner.

I understand that Windmill Point Park Inc. reserves the right to determine when the RV will be opened, subject to weather conditions in the spring. Windmill Point Park Inc. will endeavour to open all RVs before May 1st, 2024.

I agree to leave my RV keys with 582027 Ontario Limited O/A Windmill Point Park Inc. for the purpose of winterizing and/or de-winterizing my RV. My RV keys will be returned to me no later than May 1, 2024 or upon my arrival. (Please sign RV Key Log if RV key is to remain with Windmill Point Park Inc.)

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE 582027 Ontario Limited operating as Windmill Point Park Inc. and all other associations, and their respective agents, officials, servants, contractors, representatives, successors and assigns from all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, action and causes of action, whether in law or in equity in respect to any damages resulting in my use of the RV after it has been winterized.
