• Hosted Buyer Agreement

  • On behalf of Questex’s Digital Signage Experience DSE Connect (“DSE Connect”) evaluation committee, I am pleased to confirm that you have been selected as a Qualified Buyer (“Buyer”) to participate in this exclusive event being held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, San Diego, CA, from October 19-21, 2025.

    Your acceptance as a participant includes:

    • All Access Pass to Digital Signage Experience (DSE)
    • Personalized schedule of 15-minute, 1:1 meetings with participating vendors
    • $400 gift card


    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. As Buyer, your participation entitles you to one (1) complimentary all access pass to Digital Signage Experience (DSE) at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, San Diego, CA, from October 19-21, 2025.

      The All-Access Pass includes:

      • 2-Day Conference program
      • 2-Day Expo Hall
      • Golf tournament or digital signage installation tour
      • Two receptions, two breakfasts, two lunches, and refreshment breaks
    2. Buyer agrees to attend and complete four (4) one-to-one meetings on October 20-21. Prior to event, Buyer will complete their company profile and pre-select companies to meet with onsite via the event website when prompted by event management. If Buyer does not select the requested minimum number of meetings, Buyer will be assigned additional appointments by DSE Connect.

    3. A $400 digital gift card will be emailed to the Buyer upon full completion of all four (4) scheduled one-on-one meetings during the event. Gift cards will be distributed by October 31, 2025.

    4. Buyer agrees to continue communications post-event as agreed-upon with participating suppliers.

    5. Buyer understands that their contact information will be shared with participating DSE Connect attendees.

    6. CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION
      In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, a cancellation fee of $400.00 will apply for any cancellations received after September 20, 2025.

      In event of cancellation/substitution, DSE Connect will consider nominations for a cancelled Buyer’s vacated position, provided nominees are qualified, meet or exceed established criteria, and have verifiable direct purchasing authority. The Substitute Buyer will be required to sign the hosted buyer agreement and abide by the terms and conditions. Once Substitute Buyer is confirmed, the cancellation fee for the original Buyer will be waived.

    7. FAILURE TO COMPLY
      If the Buyer fails to complete all required meetings as outlined in Clause (2), they will not be entitled to the $400 gift card. If the Buyer is a no-show to the event (i.e., does not attend at all without prior written notice or approved substitution), this will constitute a breach of agreement. In such cases, the Buyer will be required to reimburse event management $400.00 to offset costs associated with participation.

    8. COVID-19 WARNING
      An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Questex and any companies affiliated with Questex relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.

    I affirm, by signing this document, that I agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the Buyer Agreement. I acknowledge that a credit card is required to secure my place in the event and will only be used in the event of non-compliance of these Terms & Conditions.
