NOTE: *Special may not be combined with any other discounts. As a Seasonal Camper, we allow certain privileges; however, site occupants must complete in full the License of Occupation, acknowledge and comply with Park rules and pay all fees in full prior to accessing Windmill Point Park property on May 1, 2026. Any outstanding fees or deposits will be subject to $150 late fee plus 4% interest per month or site termination. Invoices will be marked as outstanding until full payment is received. N.S.F. fee is $75. Site registration will be renewed at the discretion of Windmill Point Park Inc. Rates are posted in Canadian currency and fees are nonrefundable.
1WINTER STORAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Winter storage is for the RV and all other articles on the site. The site occupant acknowledges and agrees that the RV and all other goods and property located on the site is an “ARTICLE” as defined by the REPAIR AND STORAGE LIENS ACT OF ONTARIO and 582027 Ontario Limited O/A Windmill Point Park Inc., is a “STORER” under such act with respect to same. Access to site is by prior arrangement only and is subject to off-season access fee. Winter storage is discounted 100% for any renewing Seasonal Campers and is valid from October 16, 2025 to April 30, 2026. If the renewal status of the Seasonal Camper changes anytime between October 15, 2025 and April 16, 2026, the non-refundable $1130.00 site deposit will be applied to the winter storage fee and the term of the storage will change to October 16, 2025 to April 16, 2026. The RV and all other articles must be removed from the site no later than April 16, 2026. Storage after April 16, 2026 will be off site and charged at the off-site storage rate. Towing charges may be invoiced. Any additional fees will be invoiced and due upon receipt. The site occupant agrees to maintain extended coverage insurance on the above-named RV and all other articles or the site during the storage period and hereby releases 582027 Ontario Limited operating as Windmill Point Park & Campground, from any liability for damage or loss to said RV and all other articles on the site as a result of vandalism, fire, theft, wind, storm, act of God, acts of war or any other cause whatsoever.
I HAVE CHOSEN MY RENEWAL/NON-RENEWAL OPTION FOR SITE AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THERENEWAL/NON-RENWAL AS SET FORTH ABOVE. I ALSO AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WINTER STORAGE ON SITE, IF APPLICABLE.
