Deadlines: By submitting this form, you hereby contribute the item described above and acknowledge the following submission dates:
- All auction items must be submitted via this form no later than Thursday, October 2nd, 2025, at 5:00pm.
- All auction items must be delivered to the MSAR office no later than Thursday, October 9th, 2025, at 5:00pm.
- Please do not plan to bring your auction item to the event on the date of the event. MSAR must have all items at the MSAR office no later than October 9th, 2025, at 5:0pm.
