  • TITANS Swim Academy Families,

    Please read this information carefully before proceeding:

    You may request cancellation PRIOR TO the 20th of the month and you will not be billed the following month.

    IMPORTANT:

    • ACCOUNT BALANCE: Must be PAID IN FULL prior to submitting this form.

    • PRORATION: NO billing proration for partial month attendance, mid-month vacations, etc. Cancellation requests begin on the 1st of a month. 

    • SWIM ACADEMY WAITLISTS: Once cancelled, your roster spot may be filled by someone on a waitlist. If you do not wish to take this chance, we suggest that you continue paying monthly dues.

    • REQUEST IN ADVANCE: If you wish to stop billing, you must make this request ahead of time. Refunds are not made for retroactive requests.
      E.g. If you do NOT want to be billed in December, you must submit your request before November 20.

    ONCE CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT, REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:

    • Your swimmer(s) may NOT ATTEND classes.

    • You will NOT receive communications (emails) from SportsEngine, other than payment notifications. It is your responsibility to stay on top of the TITANS website and obtain information about upcoming events and deadlines, eg. registration dates.

  • Private Lessons families,

    Please read this information carefully before proceeding:

    • Private and Semi-Private lessons cancelled with LESS THAN 24 hours notice will be CHARGED IN FULL.

    • In order to receive a CREDIT on your account, Private and Semi-Private lessons must be cancelled MORE THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START of the lesson.

    • Private and Semi-Private lessons may be RESCHEDULED if more than 24 hours notice is given before the START of the lesson.

    • No refund or proration will be given for Semi-Private lessons scheduled but only attended by a single swimmer.

    • Retroactive cancellations or requests for refund/proration/rescheduling will not be honored.

  • REMINDER that TITANS Swim Academy Participants:

    • Have a month-to-month commitment (no contract)
    • Will be automatically registered for the next month’s class AND invoiced (monthly for 12 months) UNLESS a request is made to exit the Swim Academy program.
    • Start Policy
      • Swimmers may begin classes at the start of any month, pending availability, and completion of registration and payment
      • Swimmers re-registering or continuing in the program after their first month may only begin/resume classes if their account is in good standing.
    • Drop Policy
      • To discontinue classes, families MUST NOTIFY TAC by the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month
      • Drop requests received after the 20th will result in billing for the next full month

  • TITANS Swim Academy ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    By signing below, I have read the information on this form carefully and understand that:

    1. My account must be paid in FULL before I may request to cancel billing.

    2. My swimmer may NOT attend practice once classes have been cancelled.

    3. If this request is made retroactively, payments made will NOT be refunded.

    4. My swimmer may not be able to return to the same group/class time and may return to a waitlist.

    By signing below, I have read the information on this form carefully and understand that:

    1. Private and Semi-Private lessons must be CANCELLED more than 24 hours PRIOR TO THE START of the lesson to receive a CREDIT to your account for the lesson.

    2. Private and Semi-Private lessons cancelled with LESS THAN 24 hours notification will be CHARGED IN FULL.
