As a short-term Tenant, you agree to these additional terms, which supplement the terms set by your Host through your applicable booking platform. Rental Relationship You are renting directly from the Unit Owner or Escape Vacation Rental Management. Your stay is not affiliated with Odyssey Resorts or Caribou Highlands rental operations. Amenity Access You may use all property amenities, including pools, hot tub, recreation areas, fitness center, patios, grills, trails, fire pits, and other common areas. You may not use any Odyssey Resort services, such as: • Front desk services • Check-in/out assistance • Housekeeping or maintenance • Shuttle service • Concierge • Resort-hosted events Please do not contact the Odyssey front desk—instead, direct all questions to the Unit Owner or Escape Vacation Rental Management. You may visit the Gift Shop and patronize Moguls Grille. Resort Amenities Disclaimer Pools and hot tubs are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed; refunds are not provided for amenity closures. Property Management The Unit is managed by Escape Vacation Rental Management, a licensed real estate broker in Minnesota. Parking A Parking Permit will be provided and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. • Park only in your assigned stall(s) matching your Unit Number. • Additional vehicles must use non-designated stalls with valid permits. • Parking violations may result in a $100 fine. For parking issues, contact the Unit Owner or Escape Vacation Rental Management (contact directive info is in the Unit). Pets Pet policies vary by Unit and are set by the Unit Owner/Manager. No Smoking Policy There is no smoking allowed in units or on decks. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and e-cigarettes. Please note that the resort also prohibits smoking of marijuana anywhere on the property. Weather Policy Please note that we do not issue refunds or partial refunds for weather-related circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, delays or cancellations in travel to or from the property, road conditions, flight disruptions, or decisions to arrive late or depart early due to weather. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Emergency • For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. • For maintenance emergencies, contact Escape Vacation Rental Management. Check-In/Check-Out Follow all check-in and check-out instructions provided by the Unit Owner/Manager.
