Cancellations

Must be done 30 days in advance, if cancellation falls after that date you will be charged for 1 more month before it fully cancels.

Freezing

Memberships can be frozen free of charge for up to 6 months to maintain current pricing, following the 6th month the membership will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged as a new member if you sign back up.
