General Scholarship Application

Scholarship application must be completed between January 1 and March 1, 2026. Recipients will be announced April 15. Applications submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

Transcript attached (unofficial transcripts accepted)
Two reference letters
Completed personal essay
FAFSA Student Aid Report

Prior to the distribution of funds, the recipient will need to provide proof of enrollment.

Adams County High School Scholarship:

You must live in or attend school in Adams County and be pursuing a healthcare-related degree.

Ray & Edith Hendrickson Scholarship:

You must live in or attend school in Webster County and be pursuing a healthcare-related degree.

MLH Legacy Healthcare Scholarship:

You must be a child of a Mary Lanning Healthcare employee and be pursuing a degree in a healthcare-related field.

MLH Legacy Non-specified Scholarship:

You must be a child of a Mary Lanning Healthcare employee and be pursuing a post-secondary degree.
