MODEL COPYRIGHT LICENSE AGREEMENT

I hereby declare and agree that I am the model photographed in the submitted image, digital image, negative, film, slide, movie, video, artwork, or other material (the “Media”). I further declare and agree that the photographer has transferred to me all rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the Media and that I am the owner of all rights, including copyrights and trademarks, to the Media. I hereby grant permission to Arda Wigs, LLC (“Arda Wigs”) and grant Arda Wigs a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, print, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, perform, exploit, or modify the Media for any purpose whatsoever. I represent that I have the legal right to grant such a license and I will indemnify, defend, and hold Arda Wigs and its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, and employees, harmless from and against any and all liability, obligation, loss, cost, damage, and expense of every nature, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred, paid, or suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Agreement.
I also agree that Arda wigs may use, reuse, or grant others the right to use and reuse, my name, photograph, likeness (including caricature), voice, and biographical information, and any reproduction or simulation thereof, in any form of media or technology now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, without notice to me and without any right to compensation.
