VENDOR AGREEMENT
The vendor named above agrees to participate as a vendor at the RnB Empowerment Fest and accepts full responsibility for all associated vendor fees. The vendor acknowledges that all vendor and/or hotel fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including inability to attend or participate in the event.
The vendor further agrees not to sell any copyrighted or trademarked products without prior written approval from the event organizers. Any violation of this policy, or any other terms of this agreement, may result in immediate closure of the vendor’s booth and removal from the event grounds.
1. Liability: The vendor assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from their participation in the RnB Empowerment Fest. The event organizers, venue, and associated staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other claims resulting from the vendor’s products, services, or actions. Vendors are strongly encouraged to obtain their own liability insurance.
2. Weather-Related Cancellations: This event will proceed rain or shine. The vendor understands and agrees that no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, delay, or disruption due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers.
3. Indemnification: The vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and all affiliated personnel from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the vendor’s participation in the event, including but not limited to claims involving injury, property damage, product liability, or intellectual property infringement.
4. Acceptance: Submitting this form does NOT guarantee you a vendor spot until your application has been accepted and your payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of this form, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email request to submit your payment.
5. Setup: Vendor spots are assigned according to when payment is received. On the day of the event you are required to check in with the vendor coordinator prior to setting up.
* If the setup is over the secured 10x10 space, you will be asked to break down the extra space being used if you don't pay for the extra space, if available.
*Additional vendor information will be provided via email 10 days before the event.
