ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

Our 24 week Academy is much like obtaining a masters degree customizable to the individual and a unique opportunity to learn and grow alongside our lead stylists and team educators. This immersive program allows participants to master advanced techniques and formulations in real time, ensuring they stay at the forefront of the industry. The academy requires a strong commitment, with weekly assignments and coursework designed to challenge and enhance the skills of our associates. Successful completion of the program paves the way for promotion from associate to stylist, marking a significant milestone in their professional journey making approximently $45k the first year as a Hairstlyist.

The program is divided into 4 segments. Each segment has video and homework assignments that are performed on personal time and turned in weekly via a shared google file. This commitment will determine the advancement for the next level within the program.

Within 4 weeks of working with us you will have an opportunity day to serve your own clients and as your skills increase, your educator may decide to let you take some Dolce Vita clients based on the skill set you are capable of.
WORK SCHEDULE

In our industry, it can be taxing on our bodies and metal health. In order to have a nice quality of life while completeing our course, we encourage our staff to paractice healthy habits so you can show up with a clear mind-set and have a good work/life balance. Full time in our company is considered 32 hrs and part time to be no less than 28 hrs a week.

Our salon offers tierd pricing to accommodate our target market client.

Our service providers earn thier promotions based on guest retention, productivity numbers that alignment with their goals, demand of their time and skill sets they have developed. This ensures it is a win/win for both parties.

Guest Expert Responsibilities

As our Front Desk Guest Expert, you’ll be the friendly, professional face that greets our clients and ensures their salon experience runs smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming clients and managing a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently, while staying organized in a busy environment.
- Answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring clients leave feeling satisfied and confident.
- Maintaining the organization and flow of daily operations at the front desk, including handling phone calls and keeping things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Front Desk Guest Expert to be the face of our salon and set the tone for each client’s experience. This role has growth potential—within 90 days, you can advance into an Operational Leader/Salon Coordinator role as part of your career development with Dolce Vita Salon.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering client satisfaction.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and problem-solve independently (experience with Meevo or other booking systems is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and front. desk operations with ease.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow, with a long-term vision for career advancement into an operational leadership role.
- Previous salon or customer service experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and align with our values is most important.
