Pet Care Corp LLC reserves the right to cancel any service at any time for any reason. Pet Care Corp LLC and Pet Care Corp LLC's Pet Care Specialists are not liable for any damage(s) to your personal property inside or outside your property while our Pet Care Specialists are performing your requested service. This includes but is not limited too homes, apartments, condos, townhomes, hotels, or any form of permanent residences you may have, plus any vehicle, outside units, storage sheds, etc., on your property.

Pet Care Corp LLC is not liable for any illness, accidents, death, accidental death, loss of pets, death by inclement weather, or injury to your pet(s) while in our care while our Pet Care Specialists are providing any of these listed services - Weekly Dog Walking and Weekly Cat Care. If Pet Care Corp LLC needs to take your pet(s) to the vet while in our care, you, the owner, are 100% responsible for paying any vet bills Pet Care Corp LLC acquires during your pet's vet visit.

By signing below, I agree to the above stated and I do not/will not hold Pet Care Corp LLC responsible for anything in this waiver and I release Pet Care Corp LLC and their Pet Care Specialists from anything in this waiver and do not hold them responsible.
