  • Rehearsal Conflicts

    Please be as detailed and Honest as possible!

  • Please review rehearsal, tech and performance dates below!

    • Rehearsals are Sundays 1:00-7:00 (starting 3/15) and Saturdays 11:00-5:00 (starting 4/11)
      • Rehearsals may be broken up in to smaller increments on these days
      • Please include any Spring Break and Easter Weekend conflicts as we sometimes rehearse during these times with some cast members if they are available. We also have rehearsal on Mother's Day as most can do an earlier Brunch or Activity to celebrate since we have limited rehearsal time.
    • We will have additional evening rehearsals on Monday, June 1st, Tuesday June 2nd, and Wednesday June 3rd.
    • Mandaroty Tech rehearsals will be longer days starting Satuday, June 6th.  All will be expected to help with set changeover from Nemo that evening.  Sunday June 8th will be all day lighting tech (10-12 hours). Monday, Tuesday and Wednesay will be long days with possible opening on Thursday, June 12th.
    • Performances will be June 12th-June 15th.

    (Please be honest and list everything –SPORTS, VACATIONS, CLASSES, SCHOOL ACTIVITIES etc. Please try to avoid unnecessary conflicts like Birthday parties, tickets to sporting events, tickets to theatre performances or concerts, Grauduation parties or anything that can be planned on days and/or times other than those that we have rehearsal. Attending Graduation parties will not be considered a acceptable reason to miss rehearsal.)

  • Participation Agreement


    I understand that my child will be expected to be at all rehearsals unless I have listed them as a rehearsal conflict at this time.  If my child has to miss more than (1) rehearsals beyond our listed excused conflicts,I understand that another cast member may replace his/her role at the discretion of the producers/directors, but that my child may remain in the ensemble but will not be included in any scenes or songs of the show they were absent for due to an unexcused conflict, meaning not listed on this audition form. I also understand that even if my child misses a rehearsal with an excused conflict when a certain song or dance is taught they will be responsible for learning what they miss from a fellow cast member and by using any rehearsal videos or resources made available prior to the next rehearsal.

    I further understand that if my child is disrespectful to the Directors, parents, or other Cast Members, or if he/she becomes a discipline problem, he/she will be asked to leave the cast- NO EXCEPTIONS! Furthermore, I understand that my child will be expected to memorize a multitude of speaking lines and/or vocal lines as well as choreography, and that he/she must have them memorized by the deadlines set forth in the rehearsal schedule or may be removed from those scenes.  My signature also indicates my permission to use any photos or videos taken during any activity associated with Stage Door Fine Arts to be used in future publicity and marketing and on our website or any other social media outlets. 

    Participating also means agreeing to the following:

    • Paying the non-refundable tuition of $500 (per actor) due at the time of auditions. 
      • Note: Everyone that auditions will be cast in the show! There will be no refunds after the auditions no matter the reason, no exceptions.
    • Providing required costume(s) and costume fees by scheduled dates.

  • Waiver of Liability

    I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Stage Door Fine Arts, Ltd., its directors, employees, volunteer workers, students, agents and assigns from any and all liability, damage, claim of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to my child’s participating in Stage Door Fine Arts, Ltd. Participating in any activity there is an acceptance of some risk of injury or exposure to Covid-19. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur and injury and/or loss or damage to personal property may occur as a result of participation. Therefore, I assume all risks related to the activities. In case of an emergency and if I cannot be reached, I do hereby authorize a representative of Stage Door Fine Arts, Ltd. to consent to any medical treatment or care deemed advisable. I herby state that the above participant is in good health and able to participate in all activities associated with Stage Door Fine Arts, Ltd..   

    My signature below indicates that I have read, understood and freely signed this agreement, which shall take effect as a sealed instrument.

    BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THESE SIGNATURES APPLY TO ACCEPTING BOTH THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND THE WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
