*Covid 19 Update: In line with Government guidelines we have made changes to the way we will operate our Holiday Camps. As per guidelines we are not expected to socially distance young children, although we will gently encourage it, hence keeping children in bubbles and maximising other measures such as hand washing and cleaning. This is reflected in all Xtra Time Childcare and Sports Services.

Please where possible send children in with gloves, masks and hand sanitiser, however please note this is not compulsory. When you arrive, things might look a little different in line with social distancing measures and to make sure children, parents/carers and the Xtra Time team are kept as safe as possible.

We kindly request only one Parent/Carer to pick up and drop off children to camp, a member of the Xtra Time team will sign children in and out themselves.

It has been advised by our First Aid Trainers that we should administer a second dose of EpiPen 5-15 minutes after the first dose if the child does not feel better. It also allows critical time for the ambulance crew to get to the session. If your child requires an EpiPen, your child must have TWO EpiPen's with them at all times.
