    We’re so pleased you’re considering Lilly’s for your dog.

    Because we care for dogs in our own home, alongside our resident dogs, we take a very thoughtful approach to making sure each dog is likely to feel happy, comfortable and secure here. This client application form helps us get to know your dog a little better, including their temperament, routines, medical needs and how they may fit into our home environment.

    We also have cats. They have their own safe area of the house and access to a dog-free part of the garden, although they may come into the main garden from time to time.

    Please answer as honestly and fully as possible. This helps us consider whether Lilly’s is the right environment for your dog, while also making sure they are a good fit with our resident dogs and the calm home environment we work hard to maintain.

    Submission of this form does not guarantee a place. All boarding arrangements are subject to a successful meet and greet and, where required, a successful trial stay. Dates are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

    We do offer occasional daycare as ongoing support for dogs who have already completed our usual onboarding and familiarisation process. Sadly, we’re unable to offer holiday or drop-in daycare for visiting dogs, as our meet and greet process is deliberately thorough and would not be practical for a one-off visit.

    Stays of 2 nights or more require an overnight trial as part of our Higher Standards home boarding licence requirements.
