  • Welcome to Lilly's Bespoke Boarding!

    We take the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all the dogs in our care very seriously. This client application form helps us understand your dog’s temperament, medical needs, and compatibility with our home environment and resident dogs.   We also have cats, they have their own safe area of the house, with access to a dog-free part of the garden.  However, they may come into the garden at times.

    Please note:  Submission of this form does not guarantee a place, and all boarding arrangements will be subject to sucessful meet and greet and reciept of deposit.

    Please answer as honestly and fully as possible — this helps us provide the best care for your dog.

    Stays of 4 or more nights will require an overnight trial as part of our Higher Standards Home Dog Boarding License.
