Appointment Deposit Policy

We require a $70 deposit when booking appointments..

If you do not cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. The next appointment scheduled will require another $70.00 deposit when booking. Please understand that this policy is intended to reduce no-shows and allow us to better care for pets that need us.
