Language Services Request Form - OPD
Please complete this form to the best of your knowledge. The more information you provide, the faster we can process your request and the better quality we can deliver. This form is intended only for OPD staff members, OPD employees, and contractor attorneys.

If you select On-Demand Interpretation:
To connect with an interpreter, please follow these steps:
1. Call +1 (406) 306-7482.
2. When prompted, enter your PIN number.
  - You can find your PIN by logging into our MTLS portal: https://mtlanguageservices.interpretmanager.com/ng/#/app/account/sign-in.
  - Once logged in, click on Configuration (left side menu).
  - Under the My Profile tab, go to Info.
  - Look under IVR Number / PIN. Hover over the ????? icon to see your PIN.
3. After entering your PIN, the system will ask whether you are OPD staff or a contractor attorney.
  - Staff: You will not be asked for an OPD ID. You may continue by requesting the language you need.
  - Contractor Attorneys: You must submit a “Get Help” ticket in the Advo Portal for each case.
