We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Testers to join our team. This is an ideal voluntary opportunity for recent graduates, current university students, or those who have graduated in the past three years who want to gain hands-on experience with a growing tech startup while directly shaping a product designed to help people succeed in their job applications.
As a Product Tester, you will use Job Vital’s platform, test new features, and provide feedback as a real user. Your insights will help us identify bottlenecks, refine user experience, and guide future feature development. You’ll also gain early access to upcoming releases, giving you a unique role in shaping our product roadmap.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Use Job Vital’s platform to tailor CVs and cover letters and provide feedback on ease of use and accuracy.
- Test new product features before release and highlight areas of improvement.Identify bottlenecks, bugs, or confusing steps in the user journey.
- Suggest new features or improvements based on your experience as a job seeker.Provide structured feedback through surveys, feedback calls, or written reports.
- Collaborate with the product team to share insights from a user-first perspective.
Act as an early adopter of upcoming features, testing them in real-world scenarios.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate, current university student, or graduate within the last three years, from any subject area.
Strong interest in job applications, recruitment processes, or career development.
- Clear and thoughtful communicator, able to explain what works and what doesn’t.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable testing software.
No prior product testing or technical experience required — just curiosity and willingness to give feedback.
