Firefighter Detail Request Form
The detail billing rate as of 7/1/2025 is $45 per firefighter, per hour, with a 4-hour minimum. The contact person will be contacted to confirm the detail and the number of firefighters required. This number may differ depending on the information provided. Please keep in mind that the firefighter(s) will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to the 'doors open' time, to conduct a pre-event inspection and coordinate with the event organizer(s). Should you need to cancel a detail on short notice, please call or text Chief Reed at 401-255-6489. Details not confirmed cancelled or cancelled within 2 hours of the fire detail start time will be billed for the 4 hour minimum per firefighter.
