Your files must be at least 2100 pixels on the long edge, saved as jpg or jpeg or gif, and be less than 3 mb (that's the size of the closed file).

Put your name and title in the file:  "First Name-Last Name_title.jpg"

Be sure that you:

• Saved them as jpg, jpeg, png or gif
• Named the files as "First Name-Last Name_title.jpg"
