  • I understand that if my sanctioned tournament includes international participants, they must sign a liability waiver acknowledging they are not covered by Pickleball Canada’s insurance, and that this waiver must be collected before the start of competition. (See waiver below)*

    Sanctioned Tournament Support Subsidy

    Base subsidy

    Tier 1: $600 | Tier 2: $300 | Tier 3: $200

    *Franklin pickleballs made available at a discounted rate

    Requirements to qualify for the subsidy
    1. Prominently display Pickleball Canada sponsor banners (up to five) at the
    event

    2. Allow Pickleball Canada sponsors to include giveaways in the players' welcome package 

    NOTE: These sponsor interactions are not exclusivities and will not limit
    sanctioned tournaments from seeking local sponsorships for the event

    3. Identify a contact person for the event to communicate with Pickleball Canada
    staff regarding logistics

    4. Photos from the event be made available to Pickleball Canada
    (Include a photo waiver at the time of registration)

    5. Submit a post-tournament report   

    Payment information

    Upon receipt of the Tournament Report, Pickleball Canada will process the subsidy (payment will be made within 30 days)
