Thanksgiving Outreach Foodshare Nominations

Calvary Chapel is blessed to serve your family for the holidays. We are preparing to mobilize volunteers to go out and deliver Thanksgiving meals to families on Saturday November 21st.

Requirements to receive the Thanksgiving box:

1. Your family must plan to have someone (along with their contact phone number) at their home to receive the food on Saturday morning, November 21st, between 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Food will not be dropped at the door of a house where no one is home.

2. You must have a valid phone number on which we are able to reach you to confirm your address and receive any other helpful tips that will help those who will be delivering food to you on November 21st.

You must submit your information by Sunday, November 8th.
