ISSCR 2026 Group Registration

Please list all individuals who will be part of the group registration, providing as much information as possible. A group discount of 10% only applies to groups of 10 or more active ISSCR members renewed through 2026. The discount cannot be applied retroactively or combined with another discount. Group registration is only available for in-person registrants.
DEADLINES
For your group to qualify for early registration rates, this form MUST be submitted by 11 February 2026. Forms received after 11 February 2026 will be invoiced at advanced registration rates.

ISSCR Members are responsible for updating their accounts with any changes in affiliation

*Transfer Fee: If a registrant wishes to cancel their registration and transfer the funds to a new person, the new registrant is subject to a $25 USD transfer fee and will be charged the current registration rate at the time of the transfer.
