By using this ticket, I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the participating child. I understand that:

* Only cosmetic-grade, non-toxic materials are used, but allergic reactions or skin irritation may still occur.

* Children must be supervised at all times.

* Participation is voluntary and at our own risk.

I release the organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and venue from any liability for injury, illness, allergic reaction, or other issues that may arise from participation.

Once completed;

1. You will receive an electronic ticket.
2. Show the ticket at our booth.
3. Receive your complimentary Face Painting / Temporary Tattoo.
